Food fit for Emperors served at Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant at SohoKL

SohoKL @ Solaris Mont Kiara, 19 December 2008 - Tenji, the newest Japanese Buffet restaurant in Malaysia officially opens its doors today to food lovers today. The name “Tenji” is actually a combination of 2 Chinese words – “tien”, meaning heaven and “ji”, meaning royal gift. “Tenji” is also the name of a noble emperor who saved Japan from slavery and codified Japanese law. Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant aims to offer food lovers more than the usual common sushi, sashimi or teppanyaki. Gourmands will likely need to make several visits to savour all of the 250 plus unique items on the menu featuring a gastronomic spread of Japanese, Chinese as well as Asian fusion and Western delicacies.

Located at the swanky dining destination at SohoKL in Solaris Mont Kiara, Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant replicates a traditional Japanese home with clean, sleek and uncluttered interior. The restaurant is spread over the entire wing of the first floor of Block L, SohoKL, making it probably the largest restaurant of its kind in Malaysia.
In his opening speech, Tenji Director, Mr B. B. Teh introduced the management team and said, “Our staff consists of over 100 people; with each person having a special role in ensuring your dining pleasure. We believe that what one experiences at Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant should play a delightful part of their gastronomic experience.”

A proud sponsor of the Miss Tourism International pageant, Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant endeavors to treat its guests as “Emperors” and “Empresses” for the evening. （吉隆坡19日讯）最新日式自助餐厅“天赐”今日在大马主持开业仪式。

“天赐” 取自于中文的两个单字，包涵两种不同的含义。“天”代表天堂，而“赐” 则象征所受的礼物。此外，“天赐”也是古时日本一位威望崇高皇帝的名称。“天赐”日式自助餐厅着重于提供美食爱好者不同以往的日本料理，而不只是常见的寿司、生鱼片及铁板烧等。多于250种另类的料理让美食爱好者一次过品尝所有的美食。

天赐日式自助餐厅坐落在吉隆坡最夺目的一站式餐饮胜地，室内悠闲寂静的环境犹如进入传统的日式住宅区。除此之外，它是大马最庞大的一站式日式餐厅。

在该餐厅于吉隆坡新张仪式上，天赐的执行人，郑先生透露：“我们的雇员超过一百人，每一位必须坚守各自的工作岗位赞助以确保服务素质。我们相信每一位食客在享受美食的之旅必有宾至如归的感觉。”

此外，天赐日式自助餐厅赞助国际旅游小姐选美会，以招待“皇帝”及“皇后”的方式招待宾客。参与这项开幕礼的除了宾客还有其生意伙伴、媒体成员以及超过46位国际旅游小姐佳丽。

郑先生提到，“ 所有的厨师都是经过精挑细选，他们在餐饮界有一定的烹饪水准与资历。在设计菜单方面也是以符合广泛食客为主。这也是我们与国际旅游选美会合作以实行响应旅游及文化交流的承诺。在天赐，我们提供的不仅是用餐体验，当中还包括一站式的美食文化交流。这必能吸引美食家给予热烈的支持。 ”

午餐每人只需 RM77++ 而晚餐只需 RM88++ ，再加上特定的价格促销活动，您就可享受与众不同的用餐体验。此餐厅还接受各类酒席服务。
